Before You Order
Are your products for human use?
No. Everything Rebirth Labs sells is a research chemical for laboratory, in vitro research only.
Who can buy from Rebirth Labs?
Adults 21 and over who are qualified researchers or buy for a research organisation, laboratory or institution.
Can you tell me how to dose, reconstitute or use a product?
No. We do not give dosing, reconstitution, administration or protocol guidance for any product.
How should products be stored?
As stated on the label and product page. Lyophilised peptides are generally kept cold, dry and away from light.
Is every lot tested?
Yes. Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory in the USA before it ships.
What does a certificate of analysis show?
The identity and purity the laboratory measured for that specific lot, with the lab's signed report.
Why do some products show more than one certificate?
Each lot gets its own certificate. When a new lot arrives its report is added.
How do the bundle discounts work?
Buy more of the same compound and every vial gets cheaper: 3+ is 30% off, 5+ is 35% off, 10+ is 40% off, 50+ is 50% off.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. 10 vials is 40% off, 50 vials is 50% off, and 100+ vials total is 55% off everything.
Can I use a discount code as well?
Discount codes apply on top of bundle and bulk prices unless a code says otherwise.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, on orders of $250 or more after discounts. Members get free shipping on every order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Your account is created at checkout, and it is where you track orders and manage memberships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as you can. If your order has not shipped we can change or cancel it fully.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Orders after, or on weekends and holidays, ship next business day.
How do I track my order?
You get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships, and the link appears in My Account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to the United States and a list of other countries. You're responsible for import rules and taxes.
What if my package is lost, late or damaged?
Email us with your order number. For damage, send photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I return a product?
No. Because these are research materials, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
What if I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we will replace, refund or credit it.
How do I earn points?
Every account earns 2.5 points per $1 on eligible products; members earn up to 10 per $1.
What are points worth?
100 points = $1. That is 2.5% back as a Member and up to 10% back as a Founder.
How do I use my points?
At checkout, from a balance of 500 points or more. Points can pay for up to 50% of eligible products.
Do points expire?
Yes, 12 months after they are earned. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
What do the memberships include?
Insider ($9.99/mo) earns 3.5 points per $1; VIP ($19.99/mo) earns 5; Founder ($99.99/mo) earns 10 points per $1.
Is there a yearly option?
Yes. Paying yearly gets 2 months free.
How do I cancel?
From My Account, any time. Your membership will not renew and benefits continue until period end.

Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, 3 monthly payments. After the third payment you can cancel any time from My Account.
Can I change what is in my box?
Yes. Once your first box has shipped, you can swap any item and the monthly price updates accordingly.
Do you have an affiliate or partner program?
Yes. Apply to the Partner Program; approved partners get a referral link and earn commission.
